Stoney Hill Farm, Inc. is a family owned and operated business that strives for offering the best in services and products. Please carefully read our policies prior to ordering. If we are on the phone or away from the office, you may leave a message on our secure voice mail system.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, personal checks and money orders.


• Orders must be pre-paid and a minimum of $30.00.

Orders will be shipped either UPS or FedEX. We no longer ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

UPS expedited shipping options are available (Next Day Air, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select) and must be indicated in the comments section of the shopping cart.

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis usually within 48 hours. If it is necessary for us to ship an order immediately please let us know. There will be a fee of $10.00 for all RUSH orders in addition to regular shipping charges.

• We typically ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays unless otherwise specified. We do not ship on UPS or FedEX designated holidays.


• Canadian orders will be shipped via UPS.

• There will be a $25.00 handling charge in addition to the UPS shipping fees and brokerage fees.

• The Herbarie is not be responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees.

We do not ship outside the USA or Canada.

Our Shopping Cart does not automatically estimate shipping costs. Very often “real-time” shipping charges are over-estimated and the customer may end up spending more than is necessary for shipping. We feel that our customers are better served by using exact shipping costs. These exact shipping costs are based on the actual size and weight of each package. Therefore, we will not know the exact shipping cost until the order is packed, weighed and processed. We will send a complete statement with each order.

However, we are happy to provide estimates (upon request) prior to processing orders – please call or email We will need the complete address, including zip code.

Online customers will receive an auto confirmation when the order is placed. Please carefully review this confirmation to make certain all information is correct. We are not responsible for customer error.

We are happy to accept phone orders, but we cannot accept responsibility for phone order errors. For accuracy, we prefer all orders be placed online via our secure shopping cart.

We reserve the right to charge a $10.00 restocking fee for credit cards that are declined.

Any damaged or missing item must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
